We believe in building a strong foundation for all of our athletes. Our Junior Olympic and Xcel programs help gymnasts develop positive self-image, physical and mental strength, and attain goals through competitive gymnastics. Athletes in our competitive programs are expected to attend all scheduled practices and competitions. Participation in all of our competitive program is by invitation only.
